I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

We are open for customs almost every day of the year! We usually close our custom orders the first week of December to allow us to catch up on holiday orders, and usually re-open them in early January.
Custom orders are on a first-come first-serve basis. Generally, we will not fill a custom order until it has been paid in full (under $30CAD) or a 50% deposit has been paid (over $30CAD).
We ship all our orders in comfy padded envelopes -- at this time we do not offer default gift wrapping due to order volume. If you are in dire need of gift wrap, please message us!
There are a fandoms that we do not, or generally do not, produce fanworks for. These include, but are not limited to:
- Disney (and associated)
- Warner Brothers (including Harry Potter)
- VIZ Media
- Homestuck/MS Paint Adventures
- Welcome to Night Vale
- Fallout, Skyrim, and all other Bethesda franchises
- Among Us
- Star Trek
This protects us as sellers, and you as buyers. Any fandom items we DO offer are generally in-person only at shows and conventions.
We do our best to keep our social media feeds up to date on what events we plan to sell in person at! Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for all the juicy details.
As of January 2020, we will no longer be offering refunds for packages lost in the postal system. Both USPS and Canada post are wildly overburdened due to COVID 19 and the increase in online shopping.
Our standard shipping methods are letterpost for Canadian orders and Small Packet for US orders, both of which are untracked. We recommend upgrading to tracked shipping to help ensure your package gets to you in a timely manner.
